Why we should not vote for President Obama.

           Why we should not vote for Mr Romney.              

President Obama comes from a family and country that is extremely poor, and a Father and Grand Father that before their deaths were actively engaged in ANTI COLONIAL activities. These activities would take President Obamas Father and Grand Father against countrys like Great Briton and the United States. Since President Obama presidency started, there has been a systematic dismanteling of our country in many ways, the most serious of which has been the reduction of nuclear wheapons from 5,000 to 1,500, and with plans to reduce our nuclear wheaponson down to 300 or lower. A strong military is a deterrent, hopefully never used. Having a strong military was the reason President Kennedy was able to persuade the Russians to leave Cuba and go back home to Russia during the Cuban miscle crisus. To move on to Mr Romney who is also taking our country down but for a diffeent reason and a different way, "Greed" (Outsourcing).

                          

 

Obama Care: What is it’s worth?



Much has been said about Obama Care. We don’t need another Tax. We need our jobs brought back home to put real money in the pockets of the Main Street Consumer so they can buy the health plan that is right for the individual or family. We don’t have to look far to see what the Feds will do with money when they have it in their control. Need I give examples of how the Social Security system has been misused and abused over the decades?

 

How about moneys put in the hands of the Feds by the Federal Employees for safe keeping, and the retirement fund for the Federal Employees were raided by the Fed later. How about funds taken from the Tobacco Industry. Has the Feds been rehabilitated? Who is to say the Feds won’t continue their past practice. Let the American consumer choose their own individual insurance plan based on their own preferences and need.

 

With Obama Care the health care cost will jump up with all kinds or run away increase in costs. Health care costs needs serious revaluation in many areas. Why $2000 + for 15 minutes on a MRI machine? Why two pricing standards on the same medicines (generic & non generic). We need to look at ways to reduce health care costs not ways to jump costs. Need I say more, it’s not rocket science.

 

In closing I would like to make note that we Americans have the finest health care professionals in the world: We have runaway liability insurance costs forcing professionals out of service etc. There is much that needs to be done with the medical infrastructure. The health care system is just one more area that is under attack, and being dismantled in America, believe it or not. I have examples. What are we going to do about it? Are we going to vote for more of the same, "Demo - Republic", or make the plunge and vote for a change? I have finally arrived, give me a try, I will make you glad you did. To vote for more of the "Demo - Republic" tare down, we will soon have more than health care issues on our minds, what an ugly thought. Our ancestors were willing to make a change by leaving the old country and travel to the new world and look what was waiting for them when they got here. People from other countries would like to move in and take over. Some of these people are here. The process of loosing our country is under way, believe it or not. If Obama Care prevails, I will return freedom of choice if the voters so choose in Nov.

What does this healthcare change means?

Yes, you read it right: Roberts voted with the majority opinion, ruling that the individual mandate is, in fact, constitutional. Roberts has led the most conservative bunch of justices the U.S. has seen since the early 1970s. Striking down Obamacare would have solidified this reputation. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the high court’s most liberal member, is actually a lot less liberal than previous lefty justices. The Supreme Court upheld Obamacare— and the individual mandate— on Thursday. It’s actually a pretty big deal. Here’s why.

What’s happened at the Supreme Court on Thursday?

In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court voted to uphold President Obama's signature piece of legislation, including the controversial individual mandate. The individual mandate survived as a tax. 

Before we get to what those questions are, let’s back up a little. What, exactly, is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, anyway?

The PPACA, also known as Obamacare, is President Obama’s signature policy that was passed by a majority Democratic Congress in 2010. At around 2,700 pages with some 450 provisions—it is one dense piece of legislation and, as such, extremely confusing and intimidating to tackle. Bottom line, though, is that it’s intended to get more Americans insured, and make insurance more affordable. A lot of people (mostly Democrats) like it well enough, others (mostly Republicans) dislike or hate it, and some (mostly average Americans) just don’t know what to think.

If it was already passed in 2010, why are we still debating it?

Though the law passed through Congress, not everyone was excited about it. So 26 states, led by Florida, filed a series of appeals against the law to the Supreme Court challenging, specifically, “the individual mandate,” which threatens a financial penalty for most citizens who do not purchase health insurance by 2014. Can the federal government actually require people to buy insurance?

According to the Supreme Court, yes they can. Twenty-six states that brought the legislation to court argue that requiring people to purchase health insurance is a violation of the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.

What is the Commerce Clause, you ask? It’s a part of the U.S. Constitution that makes it illegal for the federal government to force its citizens to make any commercial purchases they may not want or need. If the Supreme Court justices agree that requiring people to buy health insurance is, in fact, a violation of this clause, then they’ll deem the health-care legislation unconstitutional.

Wait, is all this fuss just over the individual mandate?

People are pretty hyped about the individual mandate, but no, it’s not the only point of contention. Obamacare also aims to expand Medicaid— the current federal health-care system offered to those lacking in financial resources—to cover 16 million more Americans than it already does. Now that the constitutionality of the law is being questioned —so is the Medicaid provision. The Atlantic offers an excellent, detailed guide to what this expansion actually means and why— constitutional or not it might actually hurt those people it aims to help.

Are we freaking out for no reason? What’s this talk of the court not even being able to consider the case until 2015?

The funny thing about court cases is seeing what laws or precedents lawyers for either side will throw against the wall in hopes that one will stick. The Anti-Injunction Act has been dusted off from 1867 to make the case that Obama’s health-care law can’t even be argued in court right now. That act —sometimes referred to vaguely as the tax law— says no one can pursue a lawsuit against a tax or fine that hasn’t been paid. In other words, since the rules of the Obamacare individual mandate doesn`t kick in until 2014, a court case really can’`t be argued until 2015. The chances that this argument will work to scrap the case altogether are slim, however. Legal experts and the Justice Department have doubted that argument’s effectiveness in stopping the suit from being heard.

So this is a 5-4 decision? Wasn't this expected?

Many Supreme Court observers had predicted a 5-4 decision, but most had predicted that Justice Anthony Kennedy would be the swing vote, not Chief Justice John Roberts, who voted with the liberal wing of the Supreme Court.

What do I propose?

 

I propose a COMPREHENSIVE full EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM like no other since President F D R. The major point in the country`s turn around is to find a job for every American that wants a job (bring jobs home, stop OUTSOURCING). These are NOT minimum wage, part time without benefit jobs.

 

When President Kennedy reorganized the priorities of our country we soon had a man on the Moon and took the lead in the space race. Have you ever seen the look on someones face when they get a job, I have had some experience with peoples reaction when they finally get a job. It`s not always just about the pay check for some, it`s about self respect, it`s knowing you have done something to be proud of for your day.

 

You never know how much you can do until you stand up and try. The end result of putting the unemployed to work will help all Americans, even those people not looking for work. The trickle down effect will increase cash flow to help everyone even the Billionaires and Millionaires that have something to sell. With increased cash flow many of our problems will go away and for those problems that remain, many will be reduced in magnitude so they may not be so impossible to manage. Many people are down, even many people with jobs. People are afraid, not knowing what kind of a TARE DOWN, GIVE AWAY program our representatives have our country tied to. 


In November is the time for people that care about their family friends neighbors and country to be registered to vote and vote. November will be the time to decide what you want, to continue on a down hill slide or let me start rebuilding our country. One doesn`t have to look long or hard to see where there is a need to spend money on improvements HERE AT HOME (US of AMERICA), one more way to stimulate the economy.

If you want to turn things around, the voters will have to do a WRITE IN VOTE process for me at the voting booth in Novrmber, a small price to pay when you consider I`ve spent only MY money (To date, 12 Oct 12)on my campaign effort. How much of the voters money has the other candates spent?

To vote for the "Demo-Republic" party (Which is one of the same "Wall Street") will be more of the down hill slide we are on. First part of May it was released by the Media that 1 out of 2 Americans are at or near POVERTY. By the time you read this the state of the Union will have worsened. How much farther will the conditions in the land of plenty be down by November?

How many Billionaires, Millionaires and Heads of State does  it take to carry off the many Trillions of dollars that our national debt has increased in the past few years, with the DOG  & PONY show called FREE TRADE?

STOP UNEMPLOYMENT                           

The next President of the United States must represent Main Street USA and the average American, and not just be there to protect  Wall Street or Corporate America at the expense of Main Street America.. Most people realize that all the current Demo-Republic presidential candidates are the same in most respects regardless of their party or what they say in their speaches they have been using for years. The Demo-Republic candidates are all controlled by big business because big business has financed their election campaigns. The Demo-Republic candidates differences are trivial and their similarities guarantee that nothing will improve if either is elected.  Fundamental change are needed if we expect any real improvement in our government. As a Main Steet  presidental candidate I am giveing the Main Street people for the first time in along time a equal say in the afairs that affect all Americans. and factors affecting the security of our Country will be at the top of the priority list, and above the greed factor of a few. I have no big business ties, no special interest groups and no party affiliations that expects certain services from their President, just workable solutions for today’s problems.  Let’s talk about jobs and the economy. All the other candidates talk about job creation… But with the Demo-Republic candidates and their ties to Wall Street there will not be any change in the outsourceing of jobs in lieu of the win-fall profits wall street is presently enjoying. There are millions of US jobs that have been outsourced overseas by big business with the help of our President and representatives. These are jobs created by Americans, and we need OUR JOBS back! The SECURITY of our country is being compermised, by those that didn`t have what it takes to wear a U. S Military uniforn during their youth. OUR MILITARY IS NOT SOMETHING TO "MICRO MANAGE" !!!

 

TAX REFORM Part of our economic recovery must include tax reform. Many suggestions have been presented over the decades, but the simple solution is we need to remove the  loopholes for big business, the mid-night tax exemptions for individual Co`s. We need to reduce the complexity of the tax code. Most importantly we need to ensure everyone pays their fair share. For instance, if we would have left the tax code from the Clinton administration in place our country would be debt free now! So a balanced budget is possible. IT`S A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE WHEN WE PRACTICE TO DECEIVE!!  This comment could be added also to Obama Care!

 

DEBT REDUCTION We have a multi – trillion dollar debt therefore an economic discussion would not be complete without discussing debt reduction by combining reduced spending (Billion Dollar installment payments to countrys killing our soldiers for starters), reformed tax code and increasing our tax payer base by returning American back to work on American jobs that are presently out of our country. All government spending needs to be audited to determine where the waste is and eliminated. We need to put politics aside and implement the solutions we know will work; the party is over  and it is time to make it clear to ALL that the land American live on and call USof A is ours to keep and our Constitution, Bill of Rights etc. is not and will not become second to the United Nations or such!

With our country called "The land of plenty" and our representatives in Washington sending Millions in regular installments to country that protect terrorists and kill our soldiers that are trying to stop terrorists and their attacks, I will GUARENTEE  HEALTH  CARE  to all Americans and especialy to the SENIORS that have been paying to  have health care through their entire working life. I will not deny health care to Americans so the give away boys have more to give countrys that kill our soldiers, and I do not care if they do call themselves representatives.

The past and present conduct of our White House and our Representatives in the giving aid to countrys that are killing our soldiers, and then deny aid to our comunities that have been wiped out in the spring of this year (with weather)is conduct one might expect from someone that is ANTI American.

I  WILL  RETURN  THE  MEDICAL  DECISION MAKING PROCESS BACK TO THE DOCTORS SO THEY CAN DO THEIR PROCEDURES WITHOUT FEAR OF INTIMIDATION,   INTERFERANCE AND REPRISAL OF ANY KIND  FROM  NON  MEDICALLY TRAINED PEOPLE (attorney, ambulance chasers)! This is a must if we are  going to have good timely response to our medical needs! The judgment of medical conduct  MUST  be done by medically trained people and certainly not our legal system.
